Gali, painter, and Xavier Gavaud, sailor, author-photographer, crossed paths aboard a sailboat in 2016. An encounter where their respective universes enter into a singular resonance. This chance will give rise to a common subject: to compose an illustrated tale. Around the maritime world, writing and drawing come together, exchange with each other, echo each other L'homme aux semelles de vent (The man with the soles of wind) becomes this flourishing project of book, exhibition, but also staging.
